I wasn't on for this particular moment of Peyton slurring so I'm not really a witness but I mean the evidence is pretty damn clear I have def seen him just insult people and use slurs all the time so I can vouch at the very least a temp ban should be needed for him and for others there's pretty clear evidence of lots of rdm. so overall +1 temp ban Peyton, +1 perm the others.
