I personally didn't have any bad run-ins with him thankfully but he was definitely constantly RDMing, his karma was on average 600-900 most maps.
Quick edit; He was also constantly going on almost every round about promising to RDM someone, first by asking where they are and then claiming they were on their way to RDM them.
