Astro remained on the server to serve slays. Since there has been a precident in the past to allow slays instead of an instant ban if individuals remained on, I'm going to close this out without action. Astro did offer to serve more slays and was issued a very clear warning from me to keep RDM/Propkilling only to clearly consenting inviduals.
