Player has been warned twice for racism and seems to be blatantely doing this. SInce there are multiple instances of slurs being used i'm going to skip punishment tier 3 and move to tier 4 for racism, which is generally a 3-7 day ban. Since he used the slur 12 times, I'll issue a 12-day ban for it - one for each instance.

He is welcome to appeal but I anticipate this will get his behavior checked in.
