one thing to note is that if anyone is concerned with the amount of storage or bandwidth the web content hosted pacs are consuming, you can restrict the total file size of a cosmetic using the command "pac_webcontent_limit x" where the x is max mb file size any cosmetic can be with -1 being unlimited
