I just think that if you are really that bad as you guys have already mentioned then what makes you think this person is qualified for any staff rank.

Thats why I mentioned to reevaluate staff and keep those who are actually qualified

Why would him trolling and having fun on discord have anything to do with his position as ttt staff?

Nothing much really, but if you know this guy is a troll and its actually an issue then why give them staff ranks?

Imma +1 this.

I've seen no issues on how Billybob has staffed on TTT and I actually like it tbh.  He is more known than me and this is the first rank of Discord staff so I don't why he shouldn't receive this rank.  If things need to be fixed then the guy can be trained thats it.
