Although they aren't on each others friends list the evidence does correlate well with them being ghosting buddies. They're also likely connected in some aspect due to them being friends with some of the same people on opposite accounts. Whether it's alts or friends between them is to be guessed on but they're clearly ghosting and will be banned as such.
