As I have been on at times where you decide your not handling any reports at all and are mic spamming bad enough that I end up having to gag you.  That is not something I would except from someone trying to become a Moderator up from a T-mod.

I do like you but you seem to let a lot of slurs fly on the server and sometimes you do mic spam so i feel like if you fix these things its a 100% +1 for me. For me at the moment im a +0
