I'm so sick and tired of people like @Gabe writing a soliloquy then pansy-ing out and saying, "uh well I haven't played on the server since 1933 so it's going to be a +0 from me." Piss off and stand by your decision (that's a joke)...
...Anyway, I've known Laced (your current name is too long and you keep changing it) for years now. There was a chunk of time when Laced was being a bad boy that I wasn't around so I only have limited knowledge of his hijinks. That being said, Gabe and others are right when they say that Laced has shown a dedication to this server that I'm surprised to see. You'd think someone that has been banned and reprimanded as much as him would have left the community by now. But every post he makes (besides the obvious meme posts) has been focused and helpful to the community. He's never been afraid to speak his mind and isn't afraid to go against the grain if he thinks that his opinion will better the server. Him and I have butted heads in the past about server stuff but we've always come to an understanding (most of the times it's me admitting that I'm wrong, but whatever), but we agree on most things, I'd like to think.
Like others, I'm surprised to see Laced apply for staff because I would have thought that he would never come back and staff, ever. But he's fun to play with on the server, knowledgeable, honest, real, and I believe that his heart and intentions are in the right place. I think that he should get an opportunity to staff again.

P.S. he and his friends seem to be applying all at once but we'll cross that bridge when we get there :^)
