i think it's pretty unprofessional for a staff member to respond in the way jawa was responded to, looks like opposite of what staff are generally supposed to be like imo. a simple conversation or explanation rather than antagonizing would've probably simplified things here, harassment warn is the fattest stretch i've seen lol, +1 for removal of harassment warn
