Sooooo you got video evidence of the reason that he was gagged? One singular slur isn't generally enough to get banned as per guidelines.
As far as mic spam, if it didn't reach a kick, then it wasn't really excessive enough to reach a ban either.
I'll wait to see if you have anything else. He's already been listed for the slur and Carson has warned him.
