Edit Reason: just took out the first part because it was badly worded I think, it was recently decided*

Hey Dong,
Your application is Denied. In the application announcement I said that team dynamics would be a significant factor and it is very clear that you would not fit in well with the web staff team/working closely with the upper staff. I do want to acknowledge your experience as a two-time TTT Admin, the privileges Admin have/had on the forums, your overall staffing experience, community activity, and time in this community. On a surface level, this makes you a good fit for Web Staff and I thought so myself initially. But after much more thought on things I had in my back of my mind, I realized there were deeper outstanding issues that are incompatible with a community-wide position currently - primarily these team dynamics and lack of trust in judgment at the moment.
---------------------------------
Now that is out of the way I want to add my thoughts on the debate happening (in general terms, this is not aimed at anyone specifically, to clarify). I know people like to say stuff/behavior that happens outside the community discord and game servers itself shouldn't count in these types of discussions. I've always thought that was ridiculous since it really does speak to behaviors and character. Not to beat a dead horse, but the premise of "Addressing Toxicity" was toxic groups (Perhaps in a way that could've been handled differently) that constantly heavily shit-talked, harassed, excused toxic/creepy behaviors, and sexual harassment. Five years later, we have come full circle and the shit same is still happening. It is honestly pathetic. People in this community at the time did not realize it was a problem, rather bashing the Admin team at the time. Some of those same people enabled the problem or were part of it. The comments were already said, so I will spare an essay restating that. It is devastating to see evidence here of personal attacks, slurs, "loli" content, and overall negative environments. At best, the evidence shows overlooked or neglected addressing of inappropriate behaviors. At worst, participation, enabling, or excusing those behaviors and contents (all of which are nearly equally bad as the preceding one). Saying that some people in this community do these things or that community is toxic cesspool is not an understatement. Please, Dinklebergs GMod, grow up.
