Anyway, taking accountability where accountability is needed, such as with Bryan/Icey, while not being afraid to call others out when needed, such as you did in calling me out on a poor take a few days ago, are all excellent traits in upper staff. I see you doing well as a web moderator.

I've heard enthusiastically great feedback about your TTT staffing tenure, and I really haven't seen any issues prior to one bad day a few days ago. Your responses to Bryan reassure me that you will do well.

I will encourage you to reopen the lines of communication with Battons as you indicated you would, as your service as web mod will be for all of Dinks, not just those you get along with.
