You are on usually at morning hours, and I think that's what needed... there's not usually staff on. Also check game tracker to find out when you first joined. Although not completely accurate, you can still use it. It states that you joined Oct 31, 2016 11:00 AM. You do have hint so of troll but I think we can fix that. For now I will give you a +1.
