Some time around the end of last year.

Was this behavior discussed with him so he can improve and learn from it?

I told him he was being weird, which just seemed to make it funnier to him. I don't think not sexually harassing people should need to be a learned behavior for staff.

This appears to be more of an attempt to derail this application (especially considering no one else has mentioned this type of behavior and it was overall positive feedback from the community and staff).

I would like more context to the screenshot. As a rule I don’t take any screenshots of isolated messages because context is so important.

There is no context. It was a random message out of no where, I've barely interacted with him.

Edit: If that screenshot is 6 months old, why no warn?

It's often easier to advocate for others than for yourself, especially when certain parts of the community love to come out of the woodwork to defend this kind of behavior and spin it into an interrogation of the person coming forward about it.
