Been thinking and I am also officially changing my vote to a -1 here. I have not seen anything to indicate the comment had any other reason but harassment, and while I know people get busy, it would have been better if Mike could at least acknowledge what was brought forward even if to formulate a response/apology later (though being put in a position to apologize for something like that is something that is disqualifying for staff- it would be better for future betterment if he were to try down the line or continue to be part of the community).

The only thing I wish with this thread was the handling of it all. It would have been very relevant for the community to know about him saying something like that to a staff member earlier on and that it was from a time he would be expected to know better. No matter how we got there, that being clearer now has put me at a -1.
