But to continue on, this behavior happened less than 2 months ago. Since they then continuously shit post and to be honest as someone who doesn't know tea, I can never tell if they are posting something to be genuine or shitposty.

Even though it is "just trusted" or whatever I think you need a little longer to show that you can actually take things seriously. I think it would make it confusing to have a staff member that people have a hard time reading if that makes sense.
