Hello Tea!
I'm excited to see another long term member of the community applying to join the staff team!

I have 2 big concerns that stop me from +1 your app.

First one:

When staffing you'll have to descalate situations where members might be flaming or insulting each other, you'll have to calm them down or put an end to it, now my issue is that judging from past experiences you don't tend to exactly calm down people more like egging them on or adding fuel to the fire.

Second one:

While staffing you'll have to interact and talk with other members of the staff team, which in itself isn't something hard or bad but my concern is that you have been vocal about disliking some individuals from the current staff team and that in turn might end up influencing your ability to staff unbias and fairly when those people are on, leading to debates/arguments about punishment or decisions made, because of the dislike you hold for them.
