So, not entirely opposed to the notion of you staffing and I do think you have some good things to say but I would like to see more effort to resolve conflict than fanning the flames, mildly or not, in times of turmoil if you do end up getting a rank back.
(Also I gotta learn to clarify my sarcasm.)
