This is the last comment I'll make on here because I've already stated my opinion and don't want to drag out an argument, but you are either lying or misremembering. I did not just randomly bring what you said up after several maps. You argued and complained for several maps that I was slandering you and that you said nothing wrong, which I finally responded to with "you were verbally warned for talking about rape". As far as Nicky not getting an official point warning and only a verbal/gag goes, you were given equal (actually far more) leeway throughout your time on the server that night. Had I not given you any verbals or leeway, you would have been warned and banned within the first map you logged on for.

Your constant definition of what seems to be acceptable behavior gives me major pause. Your basic reasoning behind this appeal is "at least I didnt slur again" and "its not like I was hacking."

There are two things that have to be looked at in this appeal: Was the warn deserved? and if so, is an unban in good faith deserved?

I absolutely think the warn was deserved. You and I talked at length the night it happened. You were involved in multiple incidents of weird discussions, and had been told verbally, twice, that those types of discussions weren't allowed here. Someone else (nicky) said that you were discussing pedo shit, which he was gagged for and similarly given a verbal warning for. At this point, you had been given twice the leeway that Nicky had been given, but you still decided it was a good idea to ask if you could play porn through your mic (less than a round after I had given you your second verbal to cut it out).

My concern is that you still seem to think you did nothing wrong, or that you were a victim in this. Until you actually take some accountability and show that you can play on the server without getting a warn, I wont support an unban.

The burden of getting an appeal accepted is on you. Simply asking to be unbanned isnt enough.

also interpreting what i am saying. what i said was because i havent played the server in weeks and i did not continue with "slurs" after getting unbanned i was playing a little bit in august and came back till the day i get banned. not because its worse than the other but because i did stop i am telling you i can prove myself
