Dug through the old logs and found the record of mass RDM:
Seems like @Noire kicked him after this round, so we only have this 1 round to work with here.
I'd also like to mention his ban history across other servers, extending up to 10/1 which coincidentally is the day he also massed on Dinks.
In this case, even without video evidence, I'd give a +1 to the ban. Like all requests toward a ban, I would prefer to have more solidified evidence but pending the presentation of contradictory evidence, I see no reason as to why he shouldn't be banned.
