I think it is fair to be suspicious and want to look into this further based on what I saw in the video. I am not super familiar with how to recognize cheating in non-blatant situations, which if muddy is cheating, he is anything but blatant. I believe muddy is very good at the game, and I know there is a tendency to believe players who are very good at something are less likely to cheat. I think it should be made clear that this isn't the case, someone who is particularly competitive may want to cheat for that extra edge and to be the best player in a given setting. It is harder to find clear evidence of someone cheating in that type of situation because they need less from the cheats to get to the same point as a worse player.
I do not feel confident in giving an opinion either way as to if muddy is cheating, and I would want to see more evidence and hear from muddy himself before I give a decisive opinion. There's enough reason to be suspicious and look into it in further detail, however is feasible.
