I personally am of the mindset that perma-bans should be used as a last resort. At the same time, your RDMs have rubbed quite a few people the wrong way. Still though, if you are actually being truthful about wanting to do better than I say +1 on the removal of the perma-ban. I do however believe that you deserve two weeks, and probation on top of it. If you do end up getting the perma removed, you are on thin ice dude. No targeted RDM, no Mass RDM, no discombs on Crummy Cradle, etc. You've clearly given a lot of people grief, and it's gonna be a bit before people start to believe that removing the perma is the way to go.

TLDR: +1 Perma Removal, +1 2 Week Ban, Do better.
