The Damien Cycle:
-Start Being Active Enough to Apply
-Apply, sucking up to the right people
-If denied, repeat Steps 1-2.
-If accepted, stop putting on the show
-Staffs for 3-4 months
-Resigns, burning bridges by calling people out in resignation threads
-Goes inactive
-Lurks on Forums
-Cycle Repeats
