Your first point:

I should've also added that I didn't think you were doing that on my app, some people have used the phrases "continuous cycle/observing a pattern of behavior" to try and dictate what I am doing/feeling, it was a general statement not meant for you so my bad for not formulating my thoughts properly on the topic.

Your second point:

Yes I do understand that with my past resignations it can seem like I am just doing it for the bit and it can seem redundant and tiresome but to be honest I don't see it as an issue when we've had multiple staff members resign and come back at least 3+ times. Resigning won't be an issue if I am accepted for staff this time because as I've said before, I will go inactive if I feel like I do not want to staff/be ttt staff. No, I did not apply because Rand and Dero applied, I will admit that them applying and potentially being my staff buddies is a big plus to my mindset about this application but it was not the main goal to apply with them, especially since I was going to apply again anyways with or without them.

As long as you understand that these are not personal attacks on you, I am totally fine if you and I disagree on these stances because at the end of the day, it really doesn't matter. I'm just simply voicing my opinion.

I do totally understand, honestly I'm glad that you provided your input in a productive way that allowed for dialogue even if we disagree on two of the major points you presented it's still good to get a discussion going when a matter is opinion based as long as there's no shit flinging/baseless statements.
