I really like your latest comment and it won me over enough to easily +1. In the past we would do unbans within the first 2-3 days and staff apps usually within a week of posting. That was with a team of 2 or 4 depending on which tenure. Not sure what the hold up is, but having an extra active admin should speed that up. I'd say you and Saylor both should go for it and hopefully get 2 good ones out of this. Good luck.
