The way you guys were positioned suggests you were directly below Monkey while he was on top of you. I watched the footage in slow motion to make sure, and yes you were indeed below monkey. If he was an Inno, he would have had a shit ton of time to kill you, but he didn't.
In your slay reason, you stated "I was away from him when I killed a person".
This is clearly incorrect, as you were below him.
Again, he was kos'd before that happened.
Monkey's report was for a false KOS.
