Might be too much to deal with as far as swapping them out when the holiday is over, but who knows really. I'm for it.

Even if it's not an every holiday (christmas, quanza <= should of googled that but it's probably wrong, memorial day, passover, kingdom hearts release, yada.)
But like "Here's christmas bowling back for christmas break and oh some one made a giant pumpkin for halloween go kill each other in it. That's 2 this year, don't ask for any more we're busy figuring out cool new ways to rdm lycan" Like Yana Toboso of black butler did with Ciel in a dress lol. 

Again this is assuming anyone even has the time and skill in their lives to step up and offer their services for this.
But honestly if it happens, the less frequent it happens the more appreciated it'd probably be when it does happen.
So 1 or 2 a year? Perfect.
