Just tell the bot what roles you want people to be able to set themselves
They cant set roles that you don't allow

I have to do this in my other chat rooms because i would get hundreds of mentions a day when people are planning to do shit together.  So when they wanna minecraft   they just tag the minecrafters   ETC ETC
