What They Did: multiple cases of rdm and not taking responsibilites as a staff member

When They Did It: all day earlier today for about a 2-3 hour period

Potential Witnesses: damnit hurley, comander rockwell

Proof: ask anyone that was there

Other: hopefullly this is good enough...
