Of course it's been working so far. It was rolled out three days ago, and in those three days, four unban threads have been posted. Of those four, only one involves RDM x1 and leave. One involves Tronald's reduction and one involves a Mass RDMer (the last is someone who was unbanned who can't join). So yes, it has been working just fine so far.
