Also the others probably didn't report, because they were afk.

Seems to me you didn't read. The rails should have stopped the fire from hitting the AFK's below and did not despite the fact that the incen blew up on the floor rather than in the air.

I don't hold grudges, intentional or not, you attempted RDM simple as that, there was no grenade needed at the point. Staff should be held in higher regard to being cautious and you weren't.

"I dont hold grudges" seems like what someone who holds grudges would say.

Rodri was the guy that walked into the fire from his own mistake, and he was not AFK, making it his fault and not mine. That brings this down to the 2 AFK's, whom I had already been slain for as I did a considerable amount of damage to them *accidentally*. Therefore it is not 'attempted mass RDM' as I did not "attempt" anything; it was a mistake and only involved 2 people.
Hell, I only actually killed 1 person, and the other dude was just damaged and got finished off by someone deagling them to the head. 
Why should I be perma-banned for an understandable mistake? I was more than happy to take punishment for it, but a perma-ban after you had already slain me for their deaths/damage?
