BTA: Crusader Kings II (plus The Old Gods DLC), Pillars of Eternity, Hearts of Iron III Collection, Europa Universalis III
Tier 3, $12: Stellaris

I would recommend Tier 3, the only games worth getting in the bundle are Stellaris and Crusader Kings II in my opinion, but they are very worth it from what I've seen. Plus how can you say no to a game that allows you to appoint horses to government positions?
