Edit: As far as your server rank, the staff list got cleaned of Inactive Staff Members. And you were on that list of Inactive Staff. You'd have to contact an Admin and see if you'll be allowed to be reinstated for Trusted. Otherwise, you'll have to reapply again when you become Active again.

Best way is probably shooting one of them a message on Steam, or a PM on the Forums and or Discord.
