So I figured out how this bug happens. It renders hunters useless, and unable to kill any props.
Here are the steps:
1. Play as prop.
2. When the timer expires, a 5 second window appears announcing hunters or props as winners. Get KILLED in this window.
3. A deathcam animation will appear showing the hunter killing you.
Result: When the hunter round starts, you will spawn in spectator cam with a crowbar.
Expected Result: You should spawn normally as a hunter.
This is a 100% repo rate.
