That's more than surfing. and you've been warned about this multiple times.   After I banned Light's End, you joined under your main. So, ban evasion too.

I was never warned about surfing between the buildings. People have said I was "flying" before but I was never told to stop.

You were told to stop plenty of times. It's also in the motd.  Why would you think you are an exception?

When I joined, nearly everyone on the server was complaining about you and your exploits.
