Other: To most people it just looks like someone that's good like speedy or AD. However the difference here is, there's no hunting in-between kills. He goes from one prop, directly to the location of another. No pauses in between.
No friends online, new account, also nobody on either team even got anywhere near that amount of kills.
Also, he has a VAC ban that's not even a year old yet.

Also I >TOTALLY ACCIDENTALLY< didn't put an @ in front of one of my chats, and it sent to all chat rather than admin chat, letting him know I recorded, and he left immediately after. I never said his name or anything, but that was even higher indication he's guilty.
