I'll give this a +1, but a light one. There was the matter with the ban but ever since his return from it the attitude he's had in the many hours he has played since then and his familiarity and following of the rules has improved vastly. I say give him a shot. That being said, the conduct before the ban was unacceptable, but I believe in repentance and that he has learned the error of his previous ways.
