Proof: This guy sounds exactly the same and uses the same mannerisms as -delete-. Also, kalb's previous name was "Delete". I know this isn't exactly the most sound evidence provided in a ban request, but @"Lycan" concurs that this is most likely -delete-.
Other: He was previously banned via this forum thread, and if any admins want to try to compare IPs of the two accounts, STEAM_0:0:36258132 and STEAM_0:1:112941000, that'd be great.
