Yes, you can kill off sus in ot but it has to be a valid suspicion, yours was not.
(I was going to make this post way longer and more in-depth but then I realized that would've been a waste of time so I'm just going to sum it up.)
Well for starters, there was 1 T left in OT not two. Second you say "So then logically, since theres only 2 unproven people it would be one of them." You can't just go guessing which one of them it is, you have to have an actually reason to kill them. Best option there would probably get the two of them to fight it out themselves.
