As well as look at the requirements for staff here https://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/Thr...E-APPLYING it lists the basic requirements needed to be staff. Some of which you don't meet yet, but don't let that discourage you Kitty your a fun player and I'm sure given time you can become staff.
