+1 for at least a few days to a week ban. He's been targeting kuo for some time, always inciting trolling around her, etc. Today I was on while he was. He tried to twist it and say that it was something else we gagged/kick him for, but it wasn't. I took it to psay to talk to him and he continued to target her there. He has been known to fight staff/cause drama/be troublesome in general.
I'd like to also bring up his past binds issue where he again targeted kuono for asking him to change them. He also threw a fit in the discord on everyone.
