The Nuru hasn't leveled up yet to Global Elite but Omega Covers on a Solar System Scale.
The title will progress as the Thotness increases.

The TFA and Associates are well aware of the requirements needed to classify a "Thot".
All you need to know is that the Penguinslayer4 doesn't fit the mold.
