The M4 SLAM sounds awesome, and I see no reason we shouldn't implement it.
The other three seem way too OP. If a detective uses a Juggernaut and the Hermes Boots, he is slightly faster and takes way less damage. That is completely broken. Even by themselves they seem a bit OP.
The Horseshoe is a little better, but it still seems OP imo.
