Its about damn time you applied. You have a great attitude when playing on server and if things are going bad you know how to handle them. Everyone likes playing with you. Augment knows the rules left and right and enforces them when helping staff and i see him as a good addition to the staff team. Therefore stating that this is a +1 from me.
