I do not think I can really do much about this one. We do not ban first time ghosters which is what I believe Mantis was doing with leinad. Ghosting on this map is easy since it is so small, and empty.
The only thing I really saw on RapidFire for what I can remember was that screenshot of racism, which once again, we do not ban first time racism.

Really the only reason why this was allowed to get this bad was that there were more than enough warnings I believe, but not enough action. These guys should have been map gagged at some point or even kicked but I do not see any of that. The only reason why mantis was able to harass possum and other players was that they were allowed to continue over and over again. Seeing as how, in least my eyes, proper protocol was not fully followed, there is not much I can do here.
