At time on discord, rather than beings serious in subject matter at time you did the opposite

on the server you do at time help staff but also encourage the trolls

I also remember one night with Abdel that we had to explain to players not to mic spam in voice chat with everyone being gagged to explain not just the rules but also the disruption to gameplay and you intermediately ungagged yourself for a counter argument that was not really necessary to have.

You need to know when its appropriate times to have fun and times that it needs to be serious and not a joking manner.
