I think the rule that states that KOSes can be called in overtime over suspicion should make it so you can only call the kos IN overtime. As it stands, people are calling "KOS so-and-so in overtime" which makes it a lot less fun. Even worse, sometimes they'll tail you soon enough that you can't use the 3 warn rule
