This ban is incorrect, even though Aki was suspicious of them when they were ghosting when she was on, she did not gather enough evidence for a swap. I was able to gather enough evidence for a swap. The next step after that should have been a two week ban, NOT a permanent ban. This will be adjusted since it appears to be a miscommunication more then anything else.

Catching ghoster punishment goes as follows:
Forceswap after gather evidence to same team for a whole map.
2 week ban if they continue after that
Permanent ban if they ghost anytime after that.
