He has been on previously and been warned (check to see if I was the one who warned him multiple times, I believe so but sometimes the trolls blur into one another). An unpleasant individual who was on the verge of being banned by me for two of the reasons you added (toxicity and slurs), with the added reason of consistent rdm.
